Nilfisk welcomes Jon Sintorn as new CEO

Today, Jon Sintorn takes over as CEO of Nilfisk. Jon replaces René Svendsen-Tune, interim CEO since August 2023.

Jon Sintorn enters Nilfisk at a time essential for strategy execution as Nilfisk is in the third year of delivering on its Business Plan 2026. The Swedish national has vast experience in transforming companies and drive growth across several industries.

Jon Sintorn says:

Jon Sintorn joins Nilfisk from CEO of Nobia AB, a European leader in designing, producing, and selling kitchens to consumers and professionals with an annual revenue of around 13 bn SEK, driving a significant transformation including a major investment in a state-of-the-art factory. Previously, Jon served as CEO of Permobil AB for 9 years. During his tenure, the company grew from a small niche player to a global leader increasing revenue from SEK 1 bn to SEK 4 bn.

Jon Sintorn is taken over the role as CEO from Deputy Chair René Svendsen-Tune who was appointed interim CEO of Nilfisk when Torsten Türling stepped down in August 2023 due to family reasons. René Svendsen-Tune will continue as Deputy Chair on the board of Nilfisk.
