Nilfisk launches product designed with customers
Nilfisk introduces the CS7500, a compact and powerful combination sweeper-scrubber designed based on extensive customer insights to meet the diverse needs of operators and facility managers.
Drawing on insights from customers and more than 100 years of expertise, Nilfisk has developed the CS7500 to prioritize usability, productivity, and sustainability.
Designed to optimize every stage of the cleaning process, from preparation, training, and transport to service, maintenance, and proof of clean, the machine contributes to an overall better experience for customers and operators.
“Our new combination sweeper-scrubber is a gamechanger in the professional cleaning industry. It is compact, powerful and optimizes resource use throughout its lifetime. Designed based on extensive customer research, it is easier for operators to use and maintain. We have very high expectations for this product and have already received very positive feedback from customers who have seen and tested the machine,” says Jon Sintorn, CEO of Nilfisk.
Designed by customers
Building on Nilfisk’s rich legacy of product innovation and customer feedback, many years of research and development have been applied to produce a machine that fits the diverse needs of the customers. The result is a machine that is adaptable for the user and easier to operate - a one-size-fits-all solution that can accommodate everybody in a diverse workforce.
The CS7500 is applicable for all experience levels and features a customizable user interface with different languages and integrated quick-start and training features. It can be adjusted to meet individual ergonomic requirements, enhancing user comfort and reducing strain during cleaning tasks. This adaptability enhances usability and reduces the risk of workplace injuries.
Designed for enhanced flexibility and serviceability
Daily maintenance on cleaning machines is often neglected, which shortens the product lifecycle. With a customer-centric approach to product development, Nilfisk has ensured that day-to-day maintenance is easier, more intuitive, and faster. By simplifying servicing and upgrades to the CS7500, customers ensure a more cost-effective and sustainable solution for professional cleaning operations. The compact design and excellent maneuverability, including zero-turn capability, make the machine easy to operate even in tight spaces.
Energy and water saving as the standard solution
The machine comes with water and energy-saving features as the standard setting, leaving a better impact on the environment. It uses up to 40% less water and 60% less detergent than machines without similar technology. To preserve resources, the CS7500 is prepared for recycled plastic, and in the future, the machine will contain up to 30% post-consumer recycled plastic.
Nilfisk’s next-generation cleaning solutions
The CS7500 is one of Nilfisk’s next-generation cleaning solutions. The product innovation is focused on a deep understanding of customer and end-user needs, resulting in a range of cleaning solutions that are simpler, more intuitive, adaptable, and help to lessen environmental impacts.
During 2025 and in the years ahead, Nilfisk will introduce more next-generation cleaning solutions to the market.
The Nilfisk CS7500 will be commercially available in limited quantities in the United States and Canada the second half of 2025.
