How to improve your indoor climate
It’s invisible to the eye and you feel it more than you see it. But a bad indoor climate is liable to cause you physical discomforts like headaches, fatigue, and irritation of the eyes, nose, or throat.
Every single object and individual in our homes affects the indoor climate. We are exposed to airborne particles everywhere inside because everything material or living is dust-producing. Luckily, there are a few basic steps to prevent the dust from taking over our homes and hereby improving our indoor climate.
Air out your home
Airing out your home as often as possible is a must. Frequent ventilation of the air will make sure that stale air is removed and replaced by fresh air.
Vacuum frequently
Effective vacuuming will also help clear the air in your home. Nilfisk vacuums come with a wide range of accessories that allows you to clean every corner of any surface. For example, there are specially designed nozzles for cleaning everything from different types of floors to the cracks in your sofa. The Nilfisk Pet Care and Nilfisk Allergy models also include a mini turbo nozzle, designed for easy removal of hair.
Go for HEPA filtration
HEPA is an acronym for High-Efficiency Particulate Air. It is a filter system that offers five filtration classes ranging from HEPA 10 to 14. Nilfisk offers HEPA filters in all classes.
While the vacuum cleaner sucks up the dust on the floors, the HEPA filter cleans the exhaust air and prevents dust particles from being recirculated back into the room.
